Thank you for your submission.  A referral has been received indicating that you would like a foster child to be considered for free braces.  However, the process is not complete.

NOTE - 

To continue the vetting process and ensure that your application is finalized, please email: admin@fhlouisiana.org with several dates and times of your availability for an interview to discuss the applicant's eligibility.  

An interview must be scheduled for the applicant to be considered for free braces.
