Non Discrimination Statement
Fostering Hope Louisiana is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children and families. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, marital status, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Every foster youth under our care is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. We are dedicated to ensuring equitable access to services, opportunities, and support in a trauma-informed setting, while recognizing and honoring each child's unique background, culture, identity, and individual needs.
We expect all staff, volunteers, and partners to uphold these principles and to foster an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. We engage in ongoing sensitivity and trauma trainings to reinforce this expectation.
